Colebrook Bakery - our name may be new, but we have been around for a long time. We used to be Binderup's Bakeshop located in the Village Commons in East Petersburg, PA. We are now located just north of Manheim, PA. We have all the same goodies you all loved, Birthday Cakes, Wedding Cakes, All Occasion Cakes, Pastries, Cookies & More. Although we don't have a retail display, we do take orders for pick up. We also have many local businesses in the Lancaster area (see below) where you can purchase or order our goodies.
All our products are made with top quality ingredients - many from "scratch" like our mouth watering "Rugelach", "Chocolate Mousse Cookies" & "Crownie Brownies". Our cakes most of them have 4 layers of cake & 3 layers of our famous buttercream or other fillings. Please let us help you with your next party or special event.
